Open Question: How can I find someone in the USA with only their first name?

Hi. I met some1 in the US almost 2 years now. We met @ my work place which was a theme park in new york. We exchanged numbers and talked a lot, but he was a lil old fashsioned and wasn't up to date with social networks, so he's not on facebook or anything. After I got bk home (jamaica) we still talked, but one time I tried calling it said something along the lines of the phone or company has been deactivated.
